If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send weekly AI automation content. You can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.

We retain contact form submissions and call booking records for up to 24 months to support ongoing client relationships and service delivery. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained for 12 months. Project-related client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted within 90 days of project close unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent for non-essential communications, and request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@brandcurb.com. We respond within 30 days.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We don't use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our analytics tool is configured for data minimisation and does not store IP addresses or personal identifiers.
